KM Fit is a fitness coaching business with a difference. Coaching for equestrian riders in fitness on and off the horse, conditioning for models in the industry wanting to make a statement with their body, and general fitness for women and men, brides who want to be fitter and look their best for their wedding day. KM Fit is designed to be innovative, fun, motivational, personalised and inspiring incorporating professional dance experience, 20 years of horse riding, modelling and acting experience mixed with athletic and sports success. 1 on 1 boxing, outdoors, pilates style, yoga, cardio, weight and resistance training, body weight training, dance, horse riding, beach activities, strength and toning, conditioning the body. Warm, bubbly, bright. A very clear, simple professional approach but still friendly and inspiring. Based on the northern beaches but available for travel depending on the session.
