Design Static Web Pages in Prestashop

I started a company with a background in web development and SEO. But I find myself pulled in other directions and the website is not a priority, I'm looking for someone who will be reliable and has good ability to produce high quality web pages. If you have any IDEAS to improve the site (add images, video, links, whatever) I'm all for it! To start things off I would like to build two pages for conferences we will be exhibiting at.
