READ THE DESCRIPTION/ AUTO OFFERS NOT ACCEPTED; We are seeking a skilled developer to create an support tool for Shopify e-commerce platforms, including a Chrome extension. This tool will streamline customer support processes by providing support agents with instant access to relevant order information, tracking numbers, and customer details to the Chrome extension via Shopify API The Chrome extension needs to adapt and recognize the support environment of the user. Such as GMAIL. Detects the email sender, or the order number in the email and directly search for the information through Shopify API and shows the status and details of the order concerned by inquiry of the customer. The support agent will have all the information centralized and do not need to search on shopify and copy paste details from the email. Responsibilities: Develop a Shopify app that integrates with the Chrome extension. Implement API CALL capabilities to analyze customer information and provide relevant information from Shopify. Enable support agents to access order status, tracking numbers, and customer details directly within the Exntesion. . Develop a Chrome extension to gather data from Shopify and adapt to the customer support environment. Ensure seamless integration and compatibility between the Shopify app and the Chrome extension. Requirements: Proficiency in Shopify app development and integration. Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with Chrome extension development. Knowledge of APIs and data retrieval from external sources. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. NOTE : This is for a V1 version of the project, a MVP.
