Device communication Server for OpenGTS

I have been working with OpenGTS/GTS Enterprise almost exclusively since 2012, and have written many Device Communications Servers. The Device Communications Servers (DCS) for OpenGTS are written in Java, the same as OpenGTS, PHP is a poor choice due to the the low level TCP/UDP socket IO the device uses to communicate. I will need the communications protocol / message descriptions the device uses when communicating via GPRS, and you will need a working device on your end, installed and sending data to develop the DCS. What is the model of the Aplicom device I will be developing for?
