eBay Amazon Website scraper JavaScript

I need a new website to be built in javascript. There doesnt need to be any fancy design, it just needs to be functional. i will be the only user and i need private access to it via a login system. I need a eBay Amazon scraping tool. I need to be able to enter a sellers name (eBay) and the software generate a list of their products filtered through certain parameters for example only show products (add hyperlinks to product page for ease) that have sold X number of times or more in the previous X number of days and the products price must be above/below X. I need to be able to enter a product name (eBay) and the software needs to be able to return the names of all sellers that have above X and below X number of feedbacks that sell that same product that I entered. The software must be able to check the latest prices of products on Amazon as well as alert via email for if prices of products rise above X price or if the item becomes out of stock. I will input a list of links to the Amazon products. The software must be able to run these checks automatically every X amount of time (a randomly generated number of seconds between X and X values). The software must be able to keep an inventory (database) and alert via email if the item becomes back in stock or if the item returns back below the alert price for when price rises above X.
