Finishing Website Code & Structure

I am very much in need of a coder that has got an excellent understanding of the Twitter Bootstrap Framework, Plus HTML/PHP/CSS3 and JavaScript knowledge is a must! This job is to complete a previous project that another coder started but they have now disappeared. 1. The following WordPress page:  (link removed) has already been converted over to HTML & CSS with a much simpler code structure.. This new code structure is what you must adhere to! 2. The following WordPress page: (link removed) has been converted over to HTML & CSS with errors which needs to be fixed. 3. These remaining  Wordpress pages needs to be converted over to HTML & CSS which should be much easier to do once you fully understood the new HTML & CSS structure. (link removed) (link removed) (link removed) For each of the above WordPress pages I will supply you with an pre-existing HTML & CSS style/structure. (However you will only be using that as a reference!)   4. The new HTML pages that you create must be pixel perfect.  All of media queries look and style that you can obtained from the Wordpress pages must be exactly the same! 5. Hopefully you will be able to correct the modal placement error.  The modal is created using JavaScript Code.  Currently at the moment the modal pops up at the very top of the screen and not where you actually click it. 6. Once you have created the new HTML & CSS code structure for the Ultimate Sales page one, you will need to add these extra bits to it. You will need to add a second line of text to certain buttons: ""Order Now With 100% Confidence On 100% Secure Servers" and then make this still responsive. 7. I have already started to create a RISK Acceptance form which I have copied from here (link removed)/ You need to correct any errors, make it fully responsive as it should be. 8. On a separate webpage you will need to create several buttons that matches the ones that be found on this page.... (link removed) I am talking about just the grey buttons. The whole button will fit column width. 9. As you should be aware by now that (link removed)/ is a membership site. Currently when you become a member whether you are free or paid you will get to see the same information displayed on the home page.. All other pages are shown depending on the membership level. Instead you will need to write a PHP based script that is able to the read the membership level of a person and then displays the homepage information for that level. Currently there are two levels, free & paid. However you must give detailed precise information on how to add another membership level to the PHP script that you have written and for it to work correctly. The PHP script will only be added to the HOME Page of the member's area. Please note you will not be changing anything in the membership script itself. To get paid for this work you must do all of the work correctly! All work needs to be fully responsive. Previous Work experience of this work is required.. The lowest Bidder will win this project
