Friend travel website

Looking for a dedicated and experienced programmer to help me modify an existing website that uses quite a lot of jquery code. Here's what needs to be done: 1) separate homepage + about us + contact pages from the jquery code so that regular SEO can be used on these pages. 2) in the initial travel arrangements page change the look and feel to use jquery forms instead 3) change payment screen look and feel 4) make the webpages multilingual by using one text file 5) make sure all changes keep the site responsive as it currently is 6) if someone already has a voucher then detect the initial password used and always allow this user to make use of the same password. Also allow this user to customize his password and recover it if needed. 7) allow for coupon codes. These codes will be generated in the admin side. As many codes as needed will be generated and deleted. This is the first set of changes on the website. Looking for someone that can start right away and be fully dedicated to this project.
