Hi, I am expert of Wordpress/Woocommerce. I guess your ecommerce is Woocommerce and my bid is based on it. I will create a Wordpress plugin that will 1-Create an admin setting where you can set your pop/imap email credentials so that plugin can read your email. 2-Plugin will read emails from time to time (like every hour or as you advise) looking for a given (full or partial) match in subject of email 3-Will parse email (there should be no attachments) for tracking and order numbers.
