Hire a Drupal CSS Designer (De broodkrant)

Dear We are [login to view URL] a communications agency from Belgium. We have a team of 2 business owners 2 programmers 2 designers and 2 marketers. We are looking for a reliable partner to develop some of our projects so we can work faster and better on other projects. Therefore, please suggest a proposal below This project is mainly focussed on the front-end development of a Drupal8 website.. The website will be configured and programmed by Ikoon.biz. All content types, fields, views, permissions,.. will already be configured. It is possible that some additional configuration in the displays, blocks, fields, views,... will be needed. You have the freedom to change template files as well. We prefer to use Zurb Foundation 6 (zurb_foundation 8.x-6.x-dev) as the base theme. CSS needs to be written with SASS. A [login to view URL] file is provided in the THEME folder. You only need to run ‘gulp watch’ in the theme folder after running ’npm-install’ in the THEME folder. For asset management we use Bower, so please use ‘bower install {package_name} —save’ for installing libraries. You can link the library-files in the [login to view URL] directly to the bower_components file. The website needs to be responsive. No mobile design is provided but a general mobile-friendly UI is required. We recommend to use the left-off-canvas region to place the mobile menu. (see zurb foundation docs).
