inline ads system

Hello, please read guide lines before you bid. i have a client who needs to build an inline advertising system in addition to have some images system too, its not for public in a sense of people register their websites etc... its a personal project for his websites, he owns multiple websites so he will add them through the admin panel then it will appear in front page and people purchase the ad space they pic or inline ads for a specific website or all websites. he wants to have a powerful backend to control the images size etc... integration of [login to view URL] module as a payment gateway and other features as a normal advertising network should have in admin panel, we can discuss more in PMs. what is needed from your side as a provider is to tell us 1) how you can help us in this project? 2) what is your Quote for this project? 3) what is your time frame? we are willing to work with freelancers or a company as long as you have good reputation, and qualified to do this job, give us a reasonable quote and why your price is as set, no links should be sent in PM till asked for reference, if you want to post us your C.V. you can attache it in a pm.
