Interactive Parts Finder

We have an Excel spreadsheet that accepts user input, makes a small calculation, and then uses that information to list matching parts from a table on a separate hidden sheet. Now we need to get it up and running as a webpage. We're looking for a clean, simple, user-friendly solution that allows website visitors to interact with the input fields only. [login to view URL] does almost exactly that, but doesn't support some of the functions/formulas used.
