I am looking for a skilled developer to create an interface that allows users to generate digital ID cards from data stored in mySQL. The ID cards should include a photo and a barcode. Design: - specific design for the ID card and would like to incorporate it into the interface. Distribution: - The generated ID cards should be sent to users both through text messages and emails. Functionality -After user verification and confirmation of mandatory fields being filled - name and photo. -ID Card generated as per prescribed format -Summary of id cards requests with name , id and phone number to be mailed at fixed time (9 am or 9pm) -Have a delay functionality (immediate or 24 to 48 hours) - Allow for all or some id cards requested to be blocked in case of wrong photo or fraud - Allow for admin to generate and send id cards Skills and experience required: - Proficiency in mySQL and database management. - Experience in developing user interfaces for generating digital ID cards. - Knowledge of incorporating photos and barcodes into digital ID cards. - Familiarity with sending text messages and emails programmatically.
