Hi We have a Shopify store, a couple actually, and I've been looking at the chat bots, virtual advisers, customer services apps etc. None really do what I want. What we need is an application to work with Shopify that will: 1. Allow a pop up conversation to take place between our advisor and the customer [login to view URL] offer the option of a video chat between the advisor and customer - this is the key difference to the off the shelf existing options. So we sell make up through the Shopify site, and we would like the ability to offer a live explanation of the products, i.e. how to put on eyeliner for instance, and the user if on their phone can choose this option and see an adviser on the other end of the phone. So think - [login to view URL] Which is a free app, and add a video conversation to it in reality. OK the second elements on top of this is as a sales advisor we would like the ability to add products to the basket for the customer. Love to here your ideas and thoughts, thanks.
