Longterm partnership for a web developer

Hello developers.
I have developed and am running a website but I am looking for some assistance due to my time being limited and the site getting bigger every day.

The site is running on a custom script that I developed myself, and your first task will be to become familar with it. I have commented most parts in English though, so it should not be a big deal.
What I need from you:
Tell me a little about yourself and your experience as a developer. Do you have any live sites?
* You need to be de facto fluent in English.
* You should have well developed skills in PHP, MySQL, Javascript & HTML.
* You must be using Skype.
* You must be communicative.
* You must have a Bitcoin wallet.
* It will be best if you are available at least a few hours between 09:00 - 21:00 UTC.
Your work will be:
to fix any bugs currently present (sadly, there is already 1 bug),
to develop new features that we work out together (and we might be able to develop them in cooperation.),
to suggest improvements for the coding, the database work and the server.
to transfer site from Windows Server to Linux Server.
Please notice that this is an opening for a long term partnership and not a single job. I am only looking for individuals who are interested in taking the chance with working on my site. Please include the background colour of my site in your reply, to let me know that you have read and understood this project description.
