Make Custom Notification for the Rescue Time API

Hi, I need a custom notification programmed through Rescue Time(or possible another service). The notification needs to detect when I wake up from sleeping at night for about 8 hours, then wait for about 8 hours to notify me I have 8 hours left to complete important tasks for the day. The process should be as follows: -Monitor when I have been inactive for a long amount of time, such as when I am sleeping for about 7-9 hours. -Then Monitor activity for another set amount of time, such as when I am awake for about an hour. -Wait 5-6 hours then send me a push notification to my PC, tablet, and phone (thus since I use Rescue Time this should be a good choice to notify all my devices). I am open to other solutions besides rescue time e.g. zapier, IFTTT. I would like to be able to easily edit this and have it fully hosted on free online services if possible. Thanks for bidding
