Make new Shopify E-Commerce Website

Hi,
We need a new e-commerce website using Shopify.
The website needs to be very simple and easy to use - this is the number 1 priority.
I have already entered in most of the products, created and uploaded artwork and slides, but we are not happy with the draft that we have done ourselves - it feels cluttered and hard to navigate.

We would like a simple design, with a navigation menu for the product categories on the left, and a header navigation menu above.
The logo in the top left hand corner, and a basic layout with banner image slideshow, and rows of 3 clickable square images with each image being for a product category - 1 image each for all of the categories.
