Modification to Woothemes 'Customer/Order CSV Export' plugin

Hi, We use the Woothemes 'Customer/Order CSV Export' plugin to export orders into CSV format. We have had some recent work done to add additional fields to the export via our [login to view URL] file. We now just need a few more changes to complete the file process in order to import into Sage 50. Note that for each job below, every attempt should be made to keep the longevity of this job working - i.e. not to be affected by plugin updates if at all possible. However please communicate with me. We are working with latest versions of plugin, woocommerce, wordpress. Job 1 We need a new "shipping totals line" as a new row in the export. This plugin currently exports woocommerce shipping data as new inline fields - Sage 50 requires a single line for shipping. I attach a document where 'row 2' outlines the spec of what’s required for this additional line. Further down is examples from an actual export where the yellow highlighted rows I have currently added in manually by hand – but we want to achieve this extra line per order from the export plugin. So the new shipping line is generally a repeat of line data with the exception of the following: [item_name] should be text as “shipping_total”, [item_quantity] should be text as “1”, [item_tax] should be a repeat of the shipping tax calculation [shipping_tax_total], [item_total] should be a repeat of the shipping total calculation [shipping_total], [nominal_code] should be text as “45100”, Job 2 Just two more columns added to the end of all fields. 1. New field called “type2” which details the text of “GO” for all lines in the export – which stands for goods out. 2. New field called “payment_method” which is the woocommerce payment method field recorded against each order. Job3 In the customers export, there is a field [billing_company] – We will insert this field into Sage as the main company name. Can you code the export so that if [billing_company] is empty, that this export then enters the [first_name] and [last _name] of the billing address here instead please.
