Basically what I need is a web form where the user enters into a blank field his/her domain URL and after clicking the "Submit" button the browser redirects to the URL entered by user attaching the /webmail to the address, let's say: User 1 enters on the form the Domain "[login to view URL]" and after hitting "Submit" browser redirects to [login to view URL] User 2 enters on the form "[login to view URL]" and after hitting submit the browser redirects to [login to view URL] As you see the last part (/webmail) is a constant part in the address, what's changing is the root domain entered by each new user or visitor. This form must be as simple as possible and work on any browser.

Do you mean to backlink the submit button to the web address? Do you have the website where this form should be created? or it should be just a google form kind of thing where you share form via a link? I can redirect the forms to other addresses as you said but I need to know on what platform will thr form be created on?
