@WonderfulMusicians and @DesiMusicians are our Instagram account which feature music videos. When people post their content with hashtag #WonderfulMusicians and #DesiMusicians, we check the posts tagged with these tags and feature the best performing posts on our accounts. The plan is to make a Leader-board on [login to view URL], which fetches posts from these tags and displays the best performing post with their ranking. The Top 5 posts on this Leader-board are automatically posted on respective accounts throughout the day, counting down, every 24 hours.

Hey, I am used to the Instagram API & PHP in general. I can create your what you need in around 24 hours. It will fetch all hashtags you specify and then get the latest 5 posts of it. But one question I have, how do you say that the post is the best performing? By likes? If so, the script can recognize that.
