Need quick changes to a Wordpress Website/Theme

Need someone to do following quick changes/fixes to a wordpress website/theme: 1. Make an option in theme to enable/disable Post Featured Image. 2. Make an option to hide/show a Social Sharing bar on Post page. 3. Make homepage, category/archive page and related post's thumbnails of same size. 4. Need to show specific tag posts on three pages(editing the theme).
