Hi, I can create your webhook but for sure not for U$ 30. i have experience working with webhooks in the past. Have implemented a couple for example, some using the Sendgrid solutions. The idea is that something must "alert" your app (be it a CMS or whatever) that the email has been opened. So the email needs to carry an ID identifying that specific customer or user. Then a script will process the data accordingly.
