Opencart ( out of stock products at the end of sort order ) + date added

As per your project description you want below points: You want the ordering according the product quantity. Please clear do you want it on front or in admin? You want to show the latest add product first. Means we need to add both ordering latest should be first then available product. Am I correct? Looking forward for your response.
