Oscommerce Upgrades to our webshop for Hautu

This project is for hautu as he has the correct experience in dealing with our website. Got some bugs to fix and some new features to implement and add new contributions to help improve our webshop. 1. Update Button in Checkout doesn’t update the quantities 2. Buy Now Buttons don’t add product to the cart 3. Basket doesn’t always display the banner advert 4. Categories not uploading picture in admin section 5. When an admin creates an RMA, the customers name appears twice in the RMA title. 6. Currently the promotions don’t work if you have two manufacturers with free items. The logic should work that if you have one manufacturer with a free item, it will add the freebie item. If you then add another manufacturer it will add the second freebie item. Currently you need to add two items from both manufacturers to get the two free items, you can’t add just one manufacturer and receive a single freebie item, you have to add both promotional manufacturers to the shopping cart. 7. Missing <TITLE> when editing an address in “My Account” > “Change Address in Address Book”. 8. It doesn’t use the counties drop down box when editing a address through ‘my account’ > ‘change address in the address book’ pages. 9. Update the “Quote System” so it is clearer about how to check out correctly with an “Order Recorded” order. Have a button ‘Purchase This Order’ which will allow you to go straight to the SECPay payment screen using the same Order Number and order details. 10. After taking a manual order, include a link to the above SECPay Payment screen with the customers order number and shipping and billing address details so it will be easier to do a telephone order. The logic behind this would be to have a telephone order system which takes the customers details (Create a Account) > select the products in a ‘shopping cart’ (Create a New Order) > take credit card details and payment for this order (transfer to SECPay) > Return to Admin Area and await secpay email to confirm the transaction. 11. When editing a product in the admin area, show radio buttons for “Featured”, “Life” and “Status”. 12. In Product list view, show the average Review Stars under the image but over the price. 13. Product SRP Price in Product Page in Admin ready to be integrated into the product page. 14. Qualification by Categories Promotions. I.E for every product in 32” LCD TV”s get a free HDMI cable. 15. Royal Mail Track and Trace AJAX Contribution 16. Re-integrate gift vouchers / store credit contribution in to checkout and admin. 17. “How did you find us?” Contribution on Checkout 18. Integrate Purchase Without an Account Contribution – Separate drop down link in [login to view URL] with “Don’t want to create an account? Click Here”. Record the details in the database so if a customer who has previously purchased goes through the PWA login again, it will recognise this and say “You have used this feature before, would you like to create an account as we have saved your details from the last order” 19. “Reason for Cancellation?” Contribution similar to the above “How did you find us” contribution but have a separate page with a drop down box and record in the comments section and in the cancellation email, the reason for cancelling the order. 20. Reintegrate Testimonials Contribution – Add a link on the “My Account” page to write a testimonial or “Write about my experience shopping with X” and make them subject to moderation before posting.
