I have OS ticket installed on shared hosting. Where there are 3-4 departments and 2-3 teams. In the teams i have 5-6 agents. Need help in configuration
1- Ticket Assignment - The new ticket should assign to Agents sequentially in a specific team.
(Optionally) if we can configure in this way so only logged in user will be assigned ticket.
2- Set Ticket SLA to 30 Mins , so if any ticket is not resolved within 30 mins it should marked over due.
3- Email - Configure Alerts but it should not overuse email limits of hosting.
