PHP/Curl - Command Line API Tester

I have Swagger API URL which lets me test all my REST APIs on a website. I have 15 key APIs to test. However, I also have a Curl/PHP based test program which I can run on command prompt (window 10) and it helps me test majority of APIs too. That code has 6-7 APIs test programs. I can add more tests myself (key=value) pair but I thought I check here if I can find a skilled resource who can help me automate testing all APIs through data driven files. If you have done this before, it is maximum 3-5 hours job. If you need more help in learning, it may take 8 hours.
