phpprobid modifications , need help fast

OFFER SAME ITEM TO OTHER BIDDERS: If you sell an item, be able to offer the same product to the other ones that lost (had lower bids). ##################################################################################### START PRICE IN 1 NOK Start price 1NOK (like hot auctions/new/closing soon) ##################################################################################### FEEDBACK ADDON SMALL When you view the feedback, be able to see how many auctions that he/she has sold/baught. ##################################################################################### MONTHS TRANSLATED I need all the months translated, like, when your on the feedback or check the date anywhere on the auction site, its in english, I need to get that translated. Also, I need to get the "purchase" and "sale" translated, how can I do this?. I asked the phpprobid team and they said that I just needed to change the purchase/sale words inside the [login to view URL] file, which apperantly isnt correct. ##################################################################################### ENDFEE REFUND When a user sell an item at my auction site, i want him to be able to get the endfee payed back, if the buyer dosent pay, this is already included, I know, but, i want a link to show up in the admin part, which says something like "payback endfee" when that happens. ##################################################################################### ACCOUNT VERIFICATION I've also seen that you have this mod made, but I want it abit different. After you sell two items or more, you'll haveto activate the account (would be neat if I could set this number in the adminpanel). But, when they click the link "get verified", I should get a notice in the admin mail, which says a user wants to get verified, and when I enter the admin panel, i'll be able to print out a document with a unique pincode, which theres also his address, and some text which I should be able to set my self, and i'll post it in the mail, and when he recives it, he'll write the unique pincode in a box that appears after hes logged in. I also want SMS included in the future, but not now. ##################################################################################### VIEWING INVOICES Be able to view all the invoices combined when your a regular user on the site. ##################################################################################### ACTIVE COUNTERS Active counters inside auctions, also maybe outside, if this is possible, you tell me. An active counter that count down the time inside all auctions on the site, instead of the old boring static timer in text which dosent update automaticly. ##################################################################################### My budget isnt that big, so I hope someone can be kind and make this for not as much as i've been quoted earlier. Also important, that your familiar with the phpprobid system / have worked with it earlier. Please post your bids :-).
