Python scripting to enumerate directories serviced by an API, rebuild locally/recursively -- 2

Below is my understand. * send POST http request to the root folder. - I have a question: is the root folder in the API URL or sent through body (of the POST request)? * new folders will be found in respond of the root request? - Store the sub folders under root, like below --- /root ------/root/new1 ------/root/new2 * Send new folders under new1 and new2 also? - until all done? * Finally, the script should be able to create the same folder structure locally? I will create a python 3.8 script. - The script will allow you setup a local root folder - allow setup API endpoint URL. - I will use requests module for this. - The script will save the folder structure in JSON format.
