We are looking to integrate a billing system to Stalker Middleware. The system should support Resellers that should be able to control their own customers. The system should be able to provision the customer automatically on the stalker middleware. should be able to delete the customers. The billing system should have the customer database seperate from the stalker database and should be able to be used with other projects. The Stalker Middleware subscription should just be an "service" that can be added to the customer. The billing system should be a open source billing system. Only bid if you have knowledge of the Stalker Middleware and Joomla CMS.
