Good Morning, Please read the FULL brief below for a project overview. I am looking for a NEW developer to run this project on a long-term basis. We have existing clients and looking to launch the SAAS platform ([login to view URL]). We need someone that knows DIGITAL SIGNAGE or has experience in a similar sector. Initially, we are looking to create a SAAS/subscription on our CMS. Before you continue or bid, please ensure you have done a similar project and provide references. Please do not bid if you do not have examples. I am looking to get started asap and would like to work with an independent freelancer or a very small company (not a big company). I would like constant communication and must be fluent in English, must be able to do video calls, and must be reliable. - If you have digital signage experience this will be ideal (this is not building a website) - Fluent English speaking - We would like to work with a freelancer, not a company (paid hourly) - Proven development experience (sample of similar works required) - Experience in Android: java | Windows: c# | - Web-based CMS: PHP/JS, HTML and CSS - Experience in RSS/XML will be an advantage. I need someone experienced and with clean structured code (with notes). We will use GitHub as well Please quote "SAAS" in the first line of your proposal so I know you bothered to read the full brief. If you don't, then you won't be considered at all.
