Solution needed (CMS, interaction with user)

Hello There, I need a solution for the idea I want to realize. I am building a new website; I will use wordpress for it and a customized theme. The website will be about real estate. Now, what I want you to do is to customize the theme in this way: 1) Some customized pictures & text on landing page; examples of houses/appartements we offer - I will provide the pictures and texts, you have to insert and place them at the correct locations 2) Customers are able to fulfill a contact field, that will be presented to them on the first page. The contact field will offer them the following: 1 - Prename, Name 2 - Their mail adress 3 - A password they give themselfes (with contacting us, they automatically register on the website) 4 - A second password verification field 5 - How many offers they like to get: 1, 2 , 3 6 - Then comes a dropdown button, where they can select countries, cities, etc. multi-selection must be possible (button: select all) Countries are like: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Makedonia, Croatia, France, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Turkey, etc. (Admin can add in his dashboard) 7 - The price range: User can select from 2000 - 300000 € (would be nice to have a slider here). 8 - Then comes the input field: "If you have any comments, please leave them below:" Then button 'Send'. As I said, with this contact request they automatically register as new Users. 3) Now comes a field for Sellers: "If you are a Seller, please contact us here (...)" 4) The admin gets the information the customer has send in his dashboard. I see new (unread) and already read requests. I'll do my research, and with this research I get some pictures + description (texts) for the properties, that I want to send to my customers. But I do not send them this info by e-mail, I want to offter them all this info in their dashboard (like a feed between me and them). However, once I upload that info to their dashboard, a mail should be automatically send to their mail box telling them that new offers are waiting for them. So: For ex. I have 3 offers. For each offer I have 3-6 pictures, and text. I must upload all this stuff somehow, and make it visuable in the db of the customer. The sequence is like that: 1 - Main Headline [for ex. - 50 sqm House in Alicante, Portugal] 2 - 3-6 pictures (slider, easily to view next pic in big resolution) 3 - Description: Just plain text I can fulfill like I want; standard tools must be available like font, siz, colour etc. Then comes the next property. All (three) in one post or seperated posts, whatever you think works best. - For each property, it would be nice to have a 'save & like' button displayed to the customer. So then, he can easily send me the properties he liked, without having to tell each one by headline name. A solution must be found here, for how he can just send me that info easily (by clicking a button)... in addition to a custom text where he might tell what he liked, comments etc. Btw: We must do this all in german language (default; if possible english too).
