Speed up opencart, install modules, clean up unnecessary files- extensions

I have a opencart site running Journal theme (by Digital Altier) that is extremely slow and has several extensions needing installed and configured correctly. I also have one that needs updating and configured (Marketplace by Webkul). I need the following from proven freelancers familiar with opencart: 1- clean up existing DB and site of any unnecessary files or corrupt DB entries 2- install 4 extensions and configure to work properly, test for compatibility (all say compatible and from same vendor but when i install they don't work) 3- Install 3 other extensions not from above vendor but still say compatible with each other and theme 3- Speed up site with or without my cloudfare account i dont care, just want it faster than this slow as crud crap. Issues I have had with cloudfare is poor rendering of site on mobile due to cache and/or won't render fully until you refresh the page. I need my product changes to be in real time (inventory amounts etc) not cached. I can achieve fast page speed scores with Isenselabs "Nitrocache" but site does not always show product changes in realtime nor does it always work/render correctly. Best Ive gotten is with nitro on its own without cloudfare. Cloudfare seems to suck bad and makes site worse but this could be lack of proper configuration. It should be noted that Journal has its own cache, then nitro its own, and obviously cloudfare is its own and I was told not to use any together so its one only. Preference will be given to those with references of similar speed successes and experience with opencart extensions particularly Marketplace by Webkul Please put "Webkul" in response so I know you took the time to read the proposal.
