Statement of Need: From the description I understand that you are looking for some automated system which can trigger a trade from your platform (website/standalone application) to issue market or limit order. Proposed Solution Description: Based on the current requirement I believe that this can be done via some sort of automated script creation using combination of UNIX shell script and JAVA, however for the detailed solution I would need to know your current platform and technology stack. Scope/Risk: Current quote is based on the understanding that : 1. You already have a system running where client//customer can define the trigger criteria, 2. You already have infrastructure setup to for connection different conditions such as Market Quote , Exchange description , Market/Exchange - Close time to name few. 3.
