trading website development for US stocks.

I need a website for trading US stocks. Price and other information for the stocks can be imported from Yahoo finance and trading view using APIs. Every trader would have an Id and password. I would set their buying power from the backend. No trading allowed in stocks with market cap less than 1.5B or price less than $10 or if the stock has fallen down more than 8% for the data. This info can be obtained from Yahoo finance in real time before executing the order. The trader would search for a specific stock symbol like aapl, he would get the information like current price, market cap, open price, low and high and change and percentage change from previous closing price. The chart is optional. There will be a watch list at one side that will display the ticker like TSLA, current price (updating in real time) and percentage change for the day. Multiple symbols can be added to the watch list by the trader. The trader can either put in order to buy or to sell. Every order is market order. For an open position the trader can set the stop loss or take profit. It means the trade is closed (bought or sold) automatically when the stop loss or take profit price is reached. All buy orders will be filled at trading view ask price and sell orders will be filled at trading view bid price. The orders will be sent to the mater account using API. For every trader the orders can copied in same way or inverse copy (buy if he sells/sell if he buys) or not copy at all. All orders that are sent to the mater account using API can be multiplied by 0.01 to 20.75. After multiplication the order quantity i.e. should be rounded off to decimal places and there should be the option to round it to integer. The trader will see his open positions in real time i.e. how much money he is making or lossing at this instance. Also the closed profit/loss for current day. And total profit / loss for all days combined. The buying power need not change according to the profit/loss. Trading will only be allowed in open market hours. When creating an account for a trader there should be the option to create a demo or live account. Thank you Jagmeet Brar.
