Update an Existing WordPress Website -- 2

We are looking for a experienced backend WordPress developer to update and make some changes to a customized WordPress site. Here is the work that we need to have completed: Update Wordpress, themes and all plugins, making sure that none of my current customizations to theme, etc are overwritten or lost. Fix any problems or issues that any updates or work causes. In admin area, I need to be able to see user passwords, next to usernames. I need a link to easily send emails with usernames and passwords to users and myself. Add username and passwords to automated emails that are sent out to users after a shoot is assigned. Fix dates (Last Modified, etc) and quantity of files uploaded for users (these are sometimes missing or wrong). Fix any problems communicating with the AWS server or hosting server. Move message system to a separate area, not under each shoot, so there is just one message area for each user. Add links for “Messages”. Clicking on Footage Title needs to open popup box (not message area) with Footage Info with deadlines. See my new design for this popup box. Replace “Updated” column with “Deadlines”, and list both deadlines for each.
