Roughly speaking, I need a new front end designed for an open source BBS program, like phpBB or myBB. The new front end needs to be usable on a mobile device. The current front end is intended for desktop use, and is too big. Changes to the back end will include some additional fields being added to the database. I'm comfortable disclosing more after first contact with candidates.

There will be back end work involved, and additional logic to be implemented. If you are just a Wordpress dev, or only know how to modify templates, this is not for you.
