Design my alarm led

What I need designed is a product that will sit on a car dashboard that portrays the car as having an alarm system. I need a red LED blinking light that sits on the vehicle dashboard and makes a vehicle appear as if it has an alarm system. The bottom of the small dome shaped device should be adhesive and run on a "N" size battery which sits in the lower portion of device and the upper portion should unscrew to access the battery for replacement or maintenance it must contain a single LED run on a single "N" size battery and contain an on and off switch and an adhesive bottom. Here's what files I need 3d modeling files, pcb files (for manufacturing the casing and the circuit board). I need proof of the working of the circuit using simulation, complete list of parts required to make product, and all files required to submit to manufacture for production purposes. If you can provide that let me know ASAP. Additional requirements : Circuit must be 1w s D Dees; sa joule thief circuit for optimal run time Led must be hidden in product casing unlike what's shown in rough design Product casing should be transparent smoke black so the led can blink through it LED must blink at 0.5hz Happy bidding
