Financial iPad/iPhone app with webservice and xml data consumptions

I need to build an iPad/iPhone application that shows stock exchange charts with some events and navigation on the chart. It gathers the data from a webservice and consumes an xml file for additional news data. There is a simillar existing running application and I've got a prototype that can be used to understand the usability, navigation and requirements. What I need to be done is: - review/adjust the design of the solution; - implement the layout; - code all the needed program; - create all the needed documents for installation, setup and maintenance of the solution; Necessary steps will be (my sugestion): - Understand and define deadlines and deliveries; - validate/edit the architecture of the solution; - Implement the layout; - code and test the app; - test the entire solution; - Instalation on my server; - transfer of content; Additional data will be provided later. Documents are in portuguese but I can help with english translation and presentation of the concepts. Since this is part of a solution, some definition/solution adjustments will be needed. The available docs are: - Solution architecture; - Requirements; - Layout; - Navigation Map; - Use cases; The code should be written in english using Apple coding standards. Labels, text and others interactions with the user should be written in portuguese (with support for other languages). I can help on validation.
