Popular Polling Web Site

My project is to develop a polling website with historical data that can be referenced and I can ad adsense. The main page is a hot topic of my choice and under it a poll of my choice that shows results instantly. On the right hand side I want the following tabs - Politics - Sports - Celebrities - Music - Daily News When you click the tabs on the right "Ex: Politics" it takes you to a political page with a story of my choice and a poll under it. Same for each topic on the right. Each tabs page needs to have a embedded watermark type logo representing that tab " "Ex: Sports" has Soccer ball, Basket Ball etc Must be easily administrated so a RSS feed can be the main story and the insta poll is under it. Must be able to look at polling history in an archieve.
