The project will be executed in two major phases 1. Diagnostic Study Report - where the existing systems are studied and a report will be made depicting the current status-quo 2. The way forward - on the basis of current status-quo and the Goal and Mission of the organization, a way forward focusing the required system will be drafted for major intervention heads needed, as Hierarchy, Finance management, Procurement, HR systems, Assets management. The systems will be of quick-win types. Kindly note, the boundary of this project will be up to delivery of two reports only, 1. Diagnostic Study Report and 2. Way forward Report, and also for the boundary of number of systems will be till afore said systems only. If you require further more systems to be build or any more handholding or implementation require, then the further scope of work may be decided along with the justifiable remunerations. It is to be noted that the success of the project is very much dependent on the inputs given by you, as in systems language it is called - 'Garbage - in - Garbage - out', So the best to the knowledge and accurate information you will provide to me, the best suited systems will be delivered to you, also please note that there is no readymade systems work for all organizations, and they are derived as per the Goal and Mission, and up to satisfaction to Management’s will.
