Job Description Here at Monarchy we are looking for individuals that want to work full time in a remote position. Goal: Project Managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within the allocated budget. They plan and designate project resources, know the set budget for each action, monitor progress, and keep clients informed throughout their time with us. This is all done within the company’s vision. As we are a marketing company, it is important the Project Manager is familiar with how marketing works in order to know how to quickly solve any barriers that come up. It is good to be familiar with Design, Copywriting, Video Editing, Social Media, Influencers, Facebook and Google Advertising, and more. This means you should have enough familiarity in order to run projects that have to do with all these different aspects. Responsibilities and skills include: Project Manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, creative development, marketing and analysis. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Problem solving aptitude Team management skills and works well with others Provide project updates to various clients in regards to strategy, progress, changes, etc. Determine project scope and objectives Able to predict and manage resources and reach objectives Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Coordination production meetings Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Stays calm and doesn’t get overwhelmed Able to handle many tasks and keep them organized Handle all issues with communication and a pleasant attitude and charisma Detail oriented Thinks with the full picture- able to recognize if something is actually done correctly or not before giving to the client. Manage contracts with vendors Assign tasks and follow up to full delivery Monitor progress Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Get all projects done on time or earlier Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Manage relationship with clients Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Strong working knowledge of Google Suite Pay will be commensurate with proficiency and experience.
