3 PSDs to HTML & CSS Styling

Three (3) PSD filees to design and convert using HTML and CSS. Please use exact fonts for all text unless indicated as image (see example JPG file called "Home Page Template" - this file indicates "yellow tags" that indicate which areas are "images". Note: The attached files are JPG images NOT the source file. Source files will have to be uploaded to a separate address as Zip files since they are too large to upload on GAF. Please discuss files with Buyer prior to creating CSS style. Please follow the Style Guide and Notes below: STYLE GUIDE (Applies to All 3 Screens) It is important to following the notes below. Here are the basic principles and requirements for the CSS pages: *All sections should be elastic and able to scale if the size of the interior content changes. This includes the shadow borders, the gray backgrounds, and the white borders around thumbnail images. Use repeating background images and so on--the goal is to have MAXIMUM flexibility of layout. *Images should ONLY be used when CSS can not do the effect. For example, all horizontal rules should be done using the CSS "border" tag and not done using an image. *The only text that should be rendered as an image is the header text (done in Gill Sans). *Every page should have a header image at the top. These should be able to be swapped out and displayed as a random rotation. LIST VIEW Page Notes: *The list view page shows a campaign output, but can be applied to organizations, citizens, candidates and all the other categories contained in the nav bar at the top of the page. *The text that appears inside each item in this comp is for placeholder only. This design should give enough design guidelines to handle whatever you might want to put in there. THIS PROJECT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETE BY WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19. ANOTHER GAF FREELANCER WAS WORKING ON IT BUT HAD POWER ISSUES AND WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE.
