Build IT Infrastructure Automation scripts

Hello, I am taking an initiative for a startup to service Automation as a service for the IT Infrastructure. Looking for Freelancer who will help me to build use cases around multiple IT Infrastructure domains such as Active directory, Database, Backup, O365 and many more. Skills which I am looking for -Automation framework -Python (Build a playbook in Ansible and/or YAML) -PowerShell scripting -API/JSON Integration and Data extraction -Database (SQL) So I will start posting my requirement and will look forward to work with right choice for my requirements.
