Let me explain in my own words and then you tell me if I am on the same page with you 1) First of all what you have requested here could mean two things a) A user Wallet System b) A peer to peer transfer service platform 2) The API that you have mentioned here is not something that you and I need at the moment and rather something that integrating parties will get from us when they integrate their service . This is something we call an SDK ( please google this ) 3) Now , going by the traditional flow, I will suggest to not allow direct transfer and rather a MINIMUM WALLET HOLDING TIME. This is something that should be implemented for new users to avoid fraudulent activities 4) Both , A wallet to Wallet transfer and a WALLET TO BANK transfer should be supported . Not the later is tricky... I need to know a couple of things for this ... 1) What kind of a server do you have ? 2) What kind of API do you use ? 3) What kind of Cron-Job setup do you have ? 4) Which country are you from ? the bank laws vary and so does any GDPR compliance (if you don't know the answer to the above questions, don't worry , we can talk about it ) You asked me about time and cost estimate , that I have provided .
