Hi. I checked the data source. Website is really nicely arranged, instructions and data dictionary is available. Pretty easy task once the database is established. First I'll create the database with MySQL or whatever db you want to use, then I'll create a python script that will download bulk data and establish the initial database. Final step will be coding the script that is scheduled to get weekly updated data and append to database. Script will be ran from python anywhere as you wish. The task is pretty straightforward.
