Create a pdf using reportlad and data coming from DB and images from URL

I need to create a pdf file using reportlab and data coming from DB and images from URL. I will send you 2 files: an excel file and [login to view URL] from a last project "reportlab python" to help. I have updateed the excell file with 2 colors: 1) yellow is the data coming from the DB. You can create a real DB within a table with these fields but it's not required. You can fake it or use SQLite. As you want. 2) Red: data with this background don't need to be insert in the file. It's for another project. So you have to keep it as it is 3) The other elements in the excel need to be harcoded in the pdf. I send you also a new version of the config file (config [login to view URL]): The purpose of this file is to give you clues on what I'm waiting from you. In this file I have changed the "cell" tag by "id". We have to types of values for "ids" one coming from the DB and the others harcoded in the file. So I haev added a new tag named "value", it is there that the value for the ids is stored. It comes from the DB or is harcoded. To help you understand me, at the beginning of the file, I manually put some values. The id is the cell, the value comes either from the excel file (therefore harcoded) or from the DB (each value starting with "_var..." ) Last but not the least: I have done the same thing for images, I have added a new tag "url" with that we know which data to get from images. Important requirements: 1) Create the dictionnary variable ([login to view URL]) dynamicaly with no files saved in local 2) Then passing this file to a function that will create the pdf in the same way you did in the last project. I put in this project a zip file with the last project files, the new excel file to help create the Db entity and json file to give you clues about what I want.
