I have built complete end-to-end OCR applications before in tensorflow and pytorch and I'm sure you'll be happy with my work. Tesseract can give good accuracy with your provided data set but model size would also be important in your case. I have my own GPUs to train deep neural nets and familiar with many pruning techniques to shrink the size without hurting the models accuracy (if needed). Hope to hear from you
