Hi I am experienced in speech to text conversion. I wanna know the complete application for it and number of calls to be requested for this purpose as if few calls are to be done in a day then we can use google API for speech to text for any language else we have to work for own ML model for particular language. I also need to know the language in the video: Hindi or English. I am pursuing PhD and having more 7+ years of experience with python and AI. A small team of 4 developers is with me to support me. Hi I have done this before using Java. Your requirement is not speech to text but you want to get text from audio of video file. We need to get text but also we need to get time. Please ping me if you want we can surely work on this project according to review and py experience I might not fit in your criteria but I have 470+ stackoverflow reputations and I’m doing development since 2014. I work from Mumbai, India.

Hi, I do not have 7 years experience but my last project was similar to this. The project was to dub a video automatically just by single click. I had to make a basic UI also, so I can demonstrate you. Ping me to know the concepts I used. But I did not do the text processing. Thanks :)
