Hi! Thats simple enough, though I can see it how it can be complicated if you're not too familiar with Linux and terminals. Most people are used to Windows and GUIs; I know I was before I started programming! I've set up quite a few AWS servers for personal and business use, and I'm intricately familiar with most Linux distros and command-line installations. It'd be simple to help you set it up. I'd recommend a fixed price if you don't need any maintenance long term. That way you know exactly how much you'll be paying before hand (and me getting). People might take advantage and inflate their hours for something like this. I'd also recommend you hire someone from a place where you can make them accountable, in case they install any "extras" in your server you don't know about, like an American.
