Synology automatization: script to automate folder creation with sharing for individual customers after incoming order confirmation

Hello, we are building a business, where doctors will send patients' file directly to our synology nas. First the customers pay, finish the order and checkout on shopify. Then an order confirmation mail is forwarded to the synology nas email. This mail contains the order number, customer name and customer email adress. Based on this email, we need to automatically create a folder (named after the order numer) on the synology nas and send a link out to the customer email adress. Also a password protected file request link for that specific folder needs to be send out to the customer's email adress. It can be easily implemented by the task scheduler from synology, that executes a script every minute. I need help writing this script that has to do the following things: -check for new mails -if new mail has arrived, extract order number, customer name and customer email adress from that mail -create a new folder named after the order number -create file request for that newly created folder and send it to the respective customer email adress -share folder for the respective customer email adress There would be also a couple of other ways (other than email) to get the order information to the Synology NAS: -via webhook -via order rss feed -via shopify api I am not sure though, if any of these options is more suitable than order email for the project. Can someone help me with that task? Synology experience would be greatly appreciated I am new to programming, so I would need to be walked through the code. Best regards, Phil
