React developer for azure ad b2c user management app

I'm looking for a react developer who can help create some components for a simple user management app. It's still in the design phase and I'm waiting on some UI designs to come through but in the meantime I would like some of the basic functionality built. Here are some high level requirements: - Simple sign in page. There should be no option to create an account, just for existing users to log in. User Auth is done via Azure AD B2C. - Some users will be admin level. This is determined by a custom attribute in their profile in azure ad b2c. Users and their information can be fetched using the Microsoft Graph API - Landing page. This is displayed to the user after singing in. Every user should see a summary of their profile data from azure ad b2c. Like full name, email, level, department etc etc. - Admin users, when logged in should have an advanced view. They should have the following options: - search users. Using the graph API for azure ad b2c, search all the users that have an account - edit/delete users. Be able to edit details or delete users - add a new user. There would be two options: 1) add a new internal user. Here the admin can select a user from azure AD (using react autocomplete feature on drop down select) via the graph API which would populate a form. The admin can then submit the form which adds the user to azure AD B2C directory. 2) add a new external user. Here the admin can use a blank form to add a new user to azure ad b2c.
